Thank you for choosing The Coffee Cartel. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied
with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you may need
to request a return or refund. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Return:
• Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:
o The product purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt, please keep the
product and contact us right within 24 hours of receipt so we can issue a
reasonable solution.
o The product does not meet the specifications or description provided.
o The request for a refund is made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Returns are not accepted unless there is an issue regarding damaged goods with our
delivery service.
2. Non-eligibility for Refund:
• Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
o Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
o The product has been used or consumed.
o The request for a refund is made after the specified time frame.
3. How to Request a Refund:
• To request a refund, please contact our customer service team info@thecoffeecartel.ca
and provide the following information:
o Order number
o Reason for the refund request
o Any relevant evidence or documentation (e.g., photos of damaged goods)
4. Refund Process:
• Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 3-5
business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase,
unless otherwise specified.
• Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for
the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Exceptions:
• Items that are open and consumed will not be eligible for a refund.
